Studied at the prestigious Kaduna Polytechnic where he graduated in 1992 with a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Building Engineering Technology. He had worked with various construction companies both as a staff and sub-contractor namely, among these numerous companies are the following few;- Cachez Turnkey Project, Jagal Nigeria Limited, Shelter Development Company, and Julius Berger Nig. Ltd.

He had sterling construction and engineering experience ranging from individual and Government projects e.g the National Hospital in Abuja; several FERMA road rehabilitation works across Nigeria and the Presidency Quick Win MDGs project to mention but a few.
